What it does not do
It does not move the result of a slot, a dice roll or a card. In a provably fair game the outcome is a pure function of the server seed, your client seed and a counter, as set out in the dice explainer; in a certified RNG game it comes from a generator tested against the declared maths. A model that quietly reweighted either one would be a different game from the certified one. No algorithm decides that you have earned a win, and none predicts the next spin.
